Perfection Detailers warrants that all professionally installed ceramic coatings are free from defects in workmanship for the duration of the ceramic coating package selected by the customer, provided all warranty conditions are satisfied.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original vehicle and the original owner and is non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Perfection Detailers.
The warranty period begins on the date of installation and remains in effect for the duration specified in the customer’s selected ceramic coating package (e.g., 3-Year, 5-Year).
To maintain the validity of this warranty, the vehicle must be maintained exclusively by Perfection Detailers for the entire warranty period.
Maintenance Plan Requirements:
The vehicle must remain continuously enrolled in the Perfection Detailers Maintenance Plan.
All maintenance washes, inspections, and ceramic coating related services must be performed solely by Perfection Detailers
Maintenance services must be completed at intervals prescribed by Perfection Detailers
Any maintenance, washing, detailing, or coating related service performed by a third party will immediately and permanently void this warranty, without exception.
When all warranty conditions are met, Perfection Detailers may, at its sole discretion:
Inspect the ceramic coating
Repair or reapply affected areas solely where coating failure is confirmed, in the sole and absolute discretion of Perfection Detailers, to be directly and exclusively caused by defects in workmanship
Restore coating performance related to hydrophobic properties, gloss, or protection when degradation is
caused by installation-related defects
This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or degradation resulting from:
Improper washing or care practices
Automatic car washes, tunnels, or brush based wash systems
Any washing, maintenance, detailing, or coating-related service performed by anyone other than Perfection Detailers
Chemical damage, bird droppings, tree sap, water spotting, or mineral deposits not promptly addressed
Physical damage, including scratches, rock chips, swirls,
abrasion, or accidents
Environmental fallout, industrial contamination, neglect, abuse, or misuse
Normal wear and tear over time
Factory product failure
Ceramic coatings are protective
products and are not damage-proof
coatings.
The vehicle owner agrees to:
Follow all aftercare instructions provided by Perfection Detailers
Maintain the vehicle exclusively through the Perfection Detailers Maintenance Plan
Notify Perfection Detailers promptly if coating performance degrades
Present the vehicle for inspection upon request
All warranty claims must:
Be submitted directly to Perfection Detailers
Be accompanied by complete maintenance records
Be approved following inspection
The total value of all warranty services provided under this agreement shall not exceed a maximum of $1,000 in
aggregate.
Perfection Detailers reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not fully comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or reapplication of the ceramic coating, subject to the maximum coverage amount stated above. Perfection Detailers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By proceeding with ceramic coating services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of this warranty.
