• Payments: All payments for services are due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. In the case of a refund request, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
• Damages: While we take all precautions to provide high-quality service, Perfection Detailers is not liable for any pre-existing damages to the vehicle or damages that occur as a result of using non-professional products or methods.
• Customer’s Property: Customers agree that they are responsible for removing any personal items from the vehicle before the detailing service. Perfection Detailers is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure that their vehicles are in a suitable condition for the services being provided (e.g., free of excessive dirt, debris, or damage that may impede the service).
• Access to Vehicle: The customer must provide the necessary access to the vehicle, including keys and any instructions required for service.
• Health and Safety: Customers must inform Perfection Detailers of any health or safety concerns related to the vehicle or service area before the appointment.
• Perfection Detailers reserves the right to refuse service if the condition of the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for detailing services.
• Certain services, such as paint correction, may not be available for all vehicle types or may incur additional charges.

• We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within [48 hours] of the completion of the service, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

• Customers who wish to make a claim regarding a service, damage, or dissatisfaction must notify Perfection Detailers as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the service.
• Claims can be submitted via email, phone, or in person. Please include details of the service, the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
• Perfection Detailers will review all claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer remedies such as re-service, partial refund, or other solutions as deemed appropriate.
• Claims will not be accepted for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by improper maintenance after the service.
• Maximum Liability: If Perfection Detailers is found at fault, our maximum liability to the customer will not exceed $1,000 per claim.

Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in the claim being declined. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit once the order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Approved claims may, at our discretion, result in a replacement, repair, or refund.
Perfection Detailers accept returns under the following conditions:
